It looks like a job that would call for experience in areas that the average coach doesn't have. South Carolina not hiring him was so dumb on their part. Hiring Shane Beamer over him is the equivalent of hiring Matt Luke over Dan Mullen. Just dumb.

Kiffin was my #1 hope during our last hiring process, Norvell #2, but I think Healy would’ve been my #3. He’s going to be a P5 coach sooner than later. Hell he may have turned SC down.
