If we miss on CJ, do we have a backup plan?

If we miss on CJ, this is usually where Dan will go and get us a Christian Holmes type player that is from the state of MS and isn't very highly rated but has a good body frame to play in the SEC. Anyone have any idea of someone whose ear we may be in as a signing day guy if CJ doesn't commit?

area of concern. We look pretty solid everywhere else and appear to be getting more solid with what we are bringing in with this class.

But being realistic, Dee Arrington can develop into an all-SEC type LB. So, we will be fine, either way. However, CJ would certainly be nice.

after losing White and even Wright. None of the other guys mentioned, Arrington or McKinney etc., would be that type of LB. We have Bohanna on the roster and that's about it. If we lose Johnson I don't know of anyone else that we are in on that would fill that hole with anywhere near his type of ability.

I actually think we are fine at LB. Between, So.Skinner, RSFr.Bohanna, So. Hughes(who had offers from all over), Jr.Mike Hunt, RS Fr. Holmes, Jr. Wilson. We do lose our 3 starters but it's not like we are lacking youth. A 2* with offers from Jackson St and Alcorn isn't going to help.

I don't think there areany in-state guys left we could sign for LB. I kind of felt like Perry wasthe only possible LB left if we couldn't sign Johnson. And of course he's supposed to be going JUCO. Maybe one of these smaller DEs we've got committed will get a shot at LB. I think we've got a couple projected at DE that are in that 225 lbs range.

If we do lose CJ, linebacker will be a high priority for 2012.
