Been preparing all week. Usually wake up at 3:45 AM M-F, sleep in ‘til 5:55 AM on weekends as to not disturb body/mind.

M: 3:45 AM
T: 3:30 AM
W: 3:15 AM
TH: 3:00 AM
F: 2:45 AM
S: 5:30 AM
SU: 5:30 AM (really 4:30)

Ain’t no thang.
