I agree with his point on trying to be consistent enough to take advantage of the down cycles for other programs. He gets that MSU isn't going to take over Alabama or LSU when they are clicking. You only get them when they go through a down cycle. That's been the history for both our programs. We need a combination of a good swing in our program with a down swing in the major West programs to be able to have a chance at something bigger.
