You have to organize a public demonstration that makes the athletic department take notice. Bear with me here.
First a determination must be made as to who/what is the real reason for our football failure. Is it the AD, is the coaching, or is it the players. I contend it is not the players and that they should be supported. So it falls to either the AD or Coach.
My suggestion, and it would be a very public display while at the same time not hurting the players, is at the next home game against USC:
If you believe the AD needs to go, wear bright red.
If you believe the coach needs to go, wear bright green.
These are the colors of Christmas, so they are cheery. It would make a bold statement and stand out against those wearing blue/white or crimson/gold.
The statement also allows you to cheer on the players. Any tv audience will see the concern the fans have. Just a thought.
