just think how pissed we all would have been had that game yesterday really meant something. For instance, if we had won games we were supposed to earlier in the year, and every game was critical for seeding, etc. That one yesterday didn't mean squat in the overall scheme of things. The only game of importance we will play the rest of the basketball season, if by some miracle we play in it, would be the one on Sunday in the SEC tourney. If you really wanted to get technical about it I guess you could make the argument that we could be aiming for second place in the West for a first round bye, but come on. In reality, there is only one game of importance left. I am turning all attention to the Diamond Dogs now. Screw the roundballers and their coach. Its way past time.

was pretty much out of my mind. Because we aren't going anywhere this year anyway unless we win the SEC tourney. I guess it might have meant something to trying to get into the NIT or CBA? tournament but really I think we will all just be ready for this season to end if we don't win the SEC tournament.

bothers everybody about yesterday, 1.) It was Auburn, and 2.) it was how we lost, ie, blowing huge lead, poor coaching decisions down the stretch, no poise by players, etc.

The sad thing about this season is that nothing good will come from it. Strick doesn't have the sack to can RS, and the money guys are not going to allow it yet! I'm completely done with this program until a change is made, and I'm not sure that I will even post anything else about this trainwreck anymore. Just not worth it!!

that with so much effort right now going on to commit loads of money for the football program and all the things we want to do there how much is there left to deal with a change of leadership in basketball even if one may be needed. If there was no hope for next year I might see it but with the recruiting class we have coming in and with at least the possibility of Bost and Sidney coming back and Moultrie added into the mix its not like the majority of season ticket holders are going to throw in the towel after this season because all hope is gone. I think Rick is back next year if he wants to be back. I do wish Scott would at the very least see if he couldn't put some pressure on Stans to upgrade his assistant coaching staff where he had some help putting some discipline into the program even if there is no hope for Stans allowing an experienced assistant giving input with game strategy.
