Does anyone know of a link that I could see the IHSA rules? I have some questions regarding what a Booster program can and cant pay for. Thanks in advance.

Coaler,

Why not just ask the direct question of what you want to do? There is at least one IHSA official that frequents the edgy board and he can give you direct answers. It would also likely help others out there that might have the same or similar questions.

School announces that donations to the booster fund are needed for field turf. Boosters donate to the schools booster fund. School uses that part of the fund to put in field turf.

Perfectly legal. Any school Public/Private can raise funds far capital projects. If you as a donor are worried that your money won't be used for the pupose you intend it to be used for, then when you make the donation include a letter expressly describing your intentions.

Nazdad,

I think I unintentionally took this thread down the rabbit hole with my supposed question about field turf. I have no idea what the original poster wanted to ask and was why I asked them to publish their question. Then Teetime posted NO! Is the answer. We still have no idea what the posters real question was/is.

That's OK. You can still make a large donation to replace the Field Turf at Naz.

NazDad,

If I come into that fortune, I will be calling to make that pledge. That said making tuition payments currently are a challenge.
