I hate to hope this, But I am pulling for south Texas, in some God forsaken area with few people.

Water has really come up today on the Gulf Coast, especially in Hancock County. Streets are closed all over the place, and it's not even raining/storming. We may very well get more water than Gustav brought. Incredible.
