The Smart interview was all a ruse? A few of my friends seem to think he is their guy. Don't know where they are getting their info, though.
You think there's trouble in boogville now? Wait til they end up with Chad f'n Morris. No way. It's gotta be Malzahn. The AU AD is totally unimpressive, but he at least knows better than to end his search with a f'n Clemson assistant coach.

I couldnt see him going against Saban like that. We both know how dirty things would get

Other candidates include Alabama defensive coordinator Kirby Smart, TCU’s Gary Patterson and Arkansas State head coach Gus Malzahn. Malzahn was Morris’ mentor; both run the hurry-up, no-huddle offense, and Morris’ first collegiate job was replacing Malzahn as Tulsa’s offensive coordinator.
