Conspiracy on the level of the JFK assassination - that was only one of the many crazy comments.

One thing in there that doesn't sound crazy is the post suggesting a link between the scandal and the Ray Gricar disappearance. I definitely think there could be a link.

They keep saying there is no proof of a cover up, then this gem "No proof has ever come out that other coaches knew anything about it
aside from McQueary who reported it to his boss who in turn reported it
to the AD, Curley, and the head of the campus police." Looks like Joe Pa knew right there buddy.

Yet these people think Joe Pa is turning water into wine.

Suddenly they want to turn Paterno into some spineless mid-level nobody in the athletic dept. who had no influence over top level decisions at all. Sure there's no proof the Paterno was involved in a cover up. Well, other than his sworn testimony that McQuery told him what he saw, and the e-mails thatshow Paterno had a meeting with the AD and president after which their initial decision on how to handle the allegations completely changed.

what if the president of the university is so damn willing to take their penalties because he knows there is much more to be found that includes very specific NCAA infractions? I sure as hell wouldn't want the NCAA setting up camp and digging if that were the case.

I bet those guys wouldn't like that black helicopter at all.

...what gets me is the countless lives destroy by the predator, Jerry Sandusky, & the predator's enabler, Joe Paterno, doesn't even enter their equation. According to the Penn State fanbase, the real victims are them; not the molested kids.

They act like the molested children were plants by either the NCAA or Penn State's rivals.

I hope I never have to witness the Miss. State fanbase (or any other fanbase for that matter) careen off into a moral bottomless pit like we are seeing the Penn State fanbase doing.

If you want a case study in depraved indifference, just go read the Penn State sports boards.
