...I thought Dak was the answer to our problems. At least that's what I read here.

He had 10 carries for 105 yards, 47 coming on one carry. Then he collected 28 yards on his next 12 carries. All the while our stable of backs gets 18 carries combined. Perkins got 8 total carries! Eight!

Turns out its easy to defend a mobile QB when he never gives the ball up. Hope you all enjoyed it...

I see a lot of people post stats like this all the time.

You do realize a back that averages 5 yards a carry doesn't get 5 yards every carry. Barry Sanders certainly didn't. If Dak averages 10 yards a carry the rest of the season, I will be ecstatic.

You seem dumb. Dak was effective initially. Auburn made adjustments to stop him and we kept running the same plays with no adjustments.

Agreed. You can do the same thing the other way and their average looks better. If you take away Dak's sacks he averages even more yards and looks better.

You pretty much made his point for him, though. The biggest problem has not been and still is not who plays QB. The problem is our offensive playcalling and philosophy.

Yup, it's the coaches not players. Hate to say it folks but look at bo Wallace. Tyler is just as good. It's all in the scheme. I swear they ran that same play 20 times yesterday even though they stacked the box. Isn't it crazy if you try something over and over expecting a different result?
