I'm even more convinced there is real, tangible evidence...

to what Cecil wanted and what he got along the way. After Slive's little "disappointed" speech, I gotta believe we went over his head because he sat on it, and we wouldn't have gone over his head if there wasn't something legitimate. Now he's whining like a *****, basically indirectly defending Cecil 17ing Newton. I just don't think Mullen, Stricklin, and Keenum would stick our necks out this far without the real deal.

Now, let's 17ing see it.

Hell, he could have been helping Auburn cover their tracks. We hold something back to go to a higher authority (NCAA). It's like a freaking spy movie where Slive is the double agent, we suspect it, and we've gotta go to the agent we've had a run-in with in the past but know is the only one we can trust.

putting this info into the round file to protect AU, the biggest potential cash cow of this year's post season, then Slive will be discredited in front of the entire nation. His credibility will be shot (if he has any left already). While some folks are pointing fingers at State and laughing at the retribution that will follow from the SEC office, I for one think that such behavior will be the final nail in Slive's coffin as the SEC commissioner. If the allegations prove to be true, Slive will warrant a **** canning by the SEC member institutions. AU will be in his corner, but how other SEC schools will? I think Slive's remaining days in his current position are numbered.
