Certainly not a rescue post...

But if we had beaten the number one ranked team in the country (I know it's only week 5) in the same manner they just did, I'd certainly expect the field to be rushed.

But back to your point, there is a fairly strong amount of confidence with our team right now. Wxpectations are through the roof.

I'm gonna enjoy the **** out of this. I never expected both teams to knock off top 10 ranked opponents to put ourselves on the national stage. This years egg bowl promises to be one for the ages.

They did not rush the field because they beat Bama. They were racing to take selfies with Katie Perry.

i'm in the middle of texas.... i work with one other bulldog and there are two aggies. fun monday morning for sure.
