can it be bought outside of restaurants on sundays? like here in Collierville, I can't buy it at the store on sundays, but i can go to a restaurant and drink all i want on sundays.. isn't it a State of MS thing that liquor can't be sold on Sundays?

Because they were created for religious reasons. Most state have liquor sales on Sunday. It's a state ordinance.
