you win the damn games. It is ridiculous that a loss to rider AT HOME has kept us out of this POS. Especially with the talent we have on that team. Even Goergia or Auburn should have wore Rider out. Richmond should have been another win even though they are a good team. Jarvis and Barry player their ends off this year but we have a few slackers on the team that didn't wake up soon enough.
We're all pissed, but we have to be pissed for the right reasons or at the right people. The people throwing all their hatred towards the NCAA selection committee are pointing in the wrong direction. Like you said, we have to get off our *** before March, not just decide to show up and play when March rolls around. This is on us, plain and simple.</p>
This team has shown in the SECT and twice agains Kentucky now that they can play. They clearly underachieved this year. While I think we should have been in today, if we play all year the way we are capable then there is not even a discussion today. Not quite sure if I am ready yet to pull the trigger on Stans, but they clearly underachieved. What a 17ing let down of a season. Sucks to be a State fan sometimes, or maybe all the time.

Theres always going to be a handful of things any team does wrong, but anyone who watched a glimpse of the game today, its just not fair to say that every team that got into the tournament are better than MSU. Regardless of the resumes, SOS, rpi's, Mississippi State played like a top 25 team this week, and there's no way that Minnesota, Utah State and a number of other teams in the tournament could be MSU.
But that's not the point. You can't select a team to the tourney based on three days of potential greatness over a team that has been solid all year. Even if that "solid" team has very little upside, they have done more to deserve it.
