.........trying to spin a positive about the offense gaining 416 yards today. While that normally would be a very good number for us, and not all was terrible about the offense today, I wonder if these people have stopped to think that 71 of those yards came on one big breaker that hardly ever happens for us, and another big portion of it came in garbage time when Ga. Tech knew they had the game in the bag. It's kind of like our baseball fans trying to say Raffo was a great hitting coach, because we had team batting averages over .300, while ignoring our lack of hitting with RISP, slugging%, etc.

I point this out not to be negative, but it bothers me that some people are trying to use a simple number again as a sign that the scheme or coaching isn't our problem and are still trying to put it all back on lack of execution by the players. I just wonder if some of our fans will ever snap out of their state of denial.

3rd strings, anyone who is claiming such a feat, is an utter and complete waste of space and bandwith. Always remember, no matter how bad MSU sports gets, there's always that few that can't see the forests for the trees. I'm seriously thinking of doing research on what makes a MSU sheep. My first guess is they are probably a real loser socially without much going for them so they cling on to MSU athletics to be their friends. Not only are they their friends, they are somehow so tight that the sheep will let nothing be said to harm their best friend's name. It's sad to begin with but really sad when you consider the whole thing is basically fictional since MSU athletics is not a human being, therefore in reality, they still have no friends and are a loser socially still. Sorry for getting off base on your subject Arrow. Just seeing what other boards think puts sheep on the mind somehow.</p>

The offense could have racked up 600 yards against the Ga Tech scrubs. There is no way that any MSU fan can say with a straight face that the **** that we run with Tyson Lee in there will allow us to beat any team with a lick of talent. We have ZERO vertical passing game, a dancing running back that got lucky and broke a 71 yarder to pad his stats, and a right tackle that can't block his shadow. The ONLY bright spot on offense today was Robert Elliot. And, since he's coached by Crooms, there's no rhyme or reason as to whether he'll play the rest of the year or get buried on the bench/non-dress list. I'm sure Crooms will find something on tape that Elliot did wrong to cause him to get demoted.
