They have Malzahn, which is the first positive, but Trotter looks to be a really solid QB. He is at 70% completion percentage so far and has looked pretty good doing it. They have a stud RB combo in Dyer and McCaleb, and Emory Blake is emerging as an elite WR. Any WR that holds on the ball after that Whitley hit and jukes Charles Mitchell out of his cletes twice has earned his chops. Their only question marks on offense were the QB and the line. Both look capable enough to score a ton of points this year. Put it this way, I think they will be pretty similar to us on offense - score a lot of points on average defenses and struggle against Bama, LSU and probably UF. <div>
</div><div>Turning to defense, it is pretty horrible, but it was horrible last year and they still won it all. Right now, I think they get to 6 wins pretty easily, winning vs. Clemson, FAU, Ole Miss and Samford. We will just have to see how they perform on the road as opposed to at home. </div><div>
</div><div>That loss, though heartbreaking, does change my outlook slightly, but I am not predicting doom and gloom. I think we still get to 7 wins and head to either the Music City or Peach. </div>
