I read about her the other day. More size and an interior player and also has played volleyball which usually means they have pretty good footwork. An eval stated her work ethic needs to meet or exceed her skill level. With Jeff, I am sure she has the 411 on expectations.

I saw it on the 247 site. She sounds promising to be sure. Plus, she might be able to come in and RS - which would probably really help her. I was wondering if she could be pulled away from NC State, UNC and Duke.

It is Imani Lester, just to be clear. She's a 6'3" that stil has her senior year to play at North Charlotte High School. A work in progress talent wise but is a top 50 prospect and could definitely add depth the the Cards front line.

Sensing a bit of a Bianca D. vibe with a little more upside. CJW had said he thought she could be an AA if she RSd. We know that didn’t happen. She would be in a good spot to RS, develop and be really ready to go the following season.

She chose Louisville over an impressive list of schools our coaching staff continues to do a great job.

If her work effort needs to be better, I can think of no one who is better at encouraging players to work harder as we have seen with Jeff's handling of Sam Fuerhing and Kylee Shook.

If you are referring to the 2022 class, three have verbals -- Nyla Harris -- 6'2" F, Alexia Mobley 6'2" W, Imani Lester 6'3" F. There are five due to graduate currently on the roster. Kasa, Ahlana, Kianna, Liz and Chelsie -- four are guards or wings so I would guess guards might be on the wish list. I've heard names KK Arnold, Kiki Rice and you just never know what might come in thru the transfer portal.
