I recently got my non-resident tuition scholarship in the mail, on MSU's site it seems this overlaps with the Academic excellence scholarship. Does anyone with experience in this matter know if they pretty much go hand in hand? With the 2nd scholarship my tuition would be lower than in-state even with TOPs.

I have the opportunity to go through undergrad and grad school without any debt if I play my cards right and I'm going to do everythign I can to make that happen.

I'm just kidding...maybe ask again, say Wednesday, when there is no football, weekend, nor alcohol. Your chance for a good answer will be better.
Good Luck!

The school scholarships will be first, then they'll go to government money and then back to departmental. They'll give you all if its under the cost of attendance. If not expect some money to disappear (about 36000 disappeared for me)
