In other news. Steve Spurrier is an idiot.

How was he to know Garcia was suddenly going to become the old Garcia again right then? He had time to take a shot at the end zone, then kick the FG. But the QB has to know that if he doesn't have an open receiver in the end zone, he's got to throw the ball away.

Its Spurrier's job to not let that happen, he knows the Spaniard was going to lob it whether he had a open man or not. Especially when your the better team you can't just go for it like that, take it to OT and take care of business. You don't gamble like that.

First of all he burns his last timeout to do that with just 11 seconds left and then runs a play that has a better chance of being picked off. Go for the tie and overtime.

They were on the 20 with 20 seconds left and 0 timeouts. If you're the UK DC you just put guys inside the 10 and tell them to protect the endzone.

If you take a sac, you might not be able to get a FG off. If the snap is bad, same thing. Maybe your guy makes a play, but you gotta thing it'll be into double coverage.

It was a bad call...
