I know this thread goes back a ways but someone asked about Johnny Ryall - he had a run in with a UL fan , and that UL fan called his place of employment and tried to get him fired. After that he kept posting a bit but was alot more guarded with it - then life happened with marriage, kids, etc. He may still be around and reads the boards but I doubt he posts.

I guess I owe Brian Poe an apology, I took a hiatus for awhile and when I came back Brian Boone was gone and he was here, so all this time I've been thinking he was Brian Boone. After reading this thread I finally realized it.

I like BP much better now.

Really?

Actually I had to change my username because back in the day Rivals had them connected to an email and if that changed you lost your name.

I was bpoe since 2001 here then had to change to brianpoe in '09, that could have caused the mix up.

Although I remember Boone..... o_O

There was a guy named Bpoe from back in the day. (No relation to brianpoe I don't think).

Guy was a wreck. By far the worst poster of all time. Believe he was gay too, not that there's anything wrong with that.

yea I guess - I don't know , to be honest Boone was always giving me crap, so I guess I only paid much attention to those that were always spouting stuff. I had a different handle before 2006.

Were you part of that group that moved over with Maggard? Also, I was never on WildcatDen or Wildcatfaithful so I didn't keep up with anyone else there.

I always wondered why you didn't stick with the swedish soccer fan avatar. Now I know

Whatever happened to Steelers? He used to post on here every day after UL "won" their championship, but slowly faded away when UK quickly went to the championship game the next year and then disappeared altogether after L1C4 got in big trouble.

Heh - "Pitino: Ilinois is the best team I've seen in 10-12 years". Can always count on Rick to bring the hyperbole.

Didn't realize the formatting had changed so much over the years. That's one of those "so gradual you don't realize it's happening" kind of things, like when you first get glasses and realize "holy crap, I'm blind!"

Several names in there I hadn't thought about in years. Stingray23 used to post a lot, haven't seen that moniker in forever. Plenty of others like that.....

Also, I vaguely remember a guy going on and on about how great the Papa Johns in Gatlinburg was... same dude

Those were both amazing lol.

Anyone remember the poster (i don’t remember his name ) who said the Harrison twins may be trouble because of their “facial expressions ?”

Nope, not the same poster, your boy here is the originator of the legend of the Gatlinburg Papa John's. I'm not sure but I think my username at that time was @UK!!!
