Man, duke and their fans are absolutely insufferable! That program is the biggest manufactured “blue blood” in all of sports! It’s insane how much ESPN and other media do to prop them up. Hell, they might as well be on the recruiting trail and talking to parents. Absolutely disgusting POS program. Just unbelievable the **** they’ve gotten away with over the years.

Not to mention, how much the refs do to help them, and it’s literally EVERY game for THREE decades now! I keep saying it, that UK-duke game in 1992 was 100% a **** job of the highest order! Even Cawood called it out several times during the telecast. Mash fouled out and he might’ve had one, maybeeeeee two legit actual fouls. Then, BOTH of Pelphrey’s first half fouls were phantom as well. It’s no wonder they were scared to even be within a foot of Laettner on that damn shot! We got HOSED! Don’t believe me?! Go back and watch it. Made my stomach turn!

Would be INCREDIBLE to matchup with those bastards and knock them off! Would be a real tough ask! THAT’S THE type of matchup where having JQ available would really help. Would need to put him on Boozer. Not worried about JQ’s offense. Need him for DEFENSE! I think he would do well against duke in that scenario!

The article is dead WRONG on one aspect. People do NOT root against duke because of their “sustained success”. People root against duke because of all the BS favoritism they receive: from the media, refs, pundits, etc. They literally have a golden ticket to do whatever the hell the program wants to do. Not to mention, they ALWAYS have a punkass on their roster, that trips players, whines like a little bitvh, acts like they’re better than everyone, etc. It’s absurd.
