New rivals top 30 BB recruiting rankings out.

UK, SJU, Duke, Arizona and Alabama are 1-5. A. Grant kicked the **** out of it this year.

Arky in at 7. We're 12.

Flarda 24, Georgia 25, Vandy 29.

No bears.

. . . doesn't mean you need to continue to do it to the rest of the
interwebs. Seriously, go play with your wife's son or take up a hobby. We'll all be grateful.

</div><div>caveat: I don't follow BBall (as closely) since Wimp "my pimp hand is skrong" Sanderson was kickin' ***.</div>

Bama is definitely the West favorite in 2012 and could challenge Vandy and Kentucky for the overall title.

State will be talented, and should do well in the SEC- you just have to wonder what kind of hole we'll dig ourselves in the OOC schedule. A team with no discipline will implode eventually- we just have to wait and see when it happens- State will be a bubble team come March- just wonder which side of the bubble that will be.

UPig is the "wildcard" team this year- they have some good basketball players returning and a great recruiting class coming in also. They will definitely be a 20+ win team after winning 18 a year ago.

LSU and Mississippi will play the spoilers in 2012- both teams will probably be NIT bound and could get a big win or two to put one of the West teams on the bubble.

Auburn will be improved- but they just have so far to go.

ranked class MSU basketball will have for the next 15-20 years.

Kirby left and we went to **** this past season. Kirby also managed to pull a top recruit in just the short time he was at his new job....not saying I want Kirby as our coach- but I just dont understand the mentality that Stands is the ONLY person that can recruit players to our campus.

He told me so himself the Friday morning before the UF game in the Jackson Airport. He and Kirby were on my flight to ATL (I was headed to gainesvill) and they were headed to GU for some showcase.

The Recruiter is not the only person that can recruit top kids in Miss and get close to them

I think it's a good class and that we are stuck with Stans until he retires.
Unless we have a major injury or more off-court issues, there is no way we shouldn't make the NCAA tourney next year.
The 2012 class could be huge too if we sign Ware and Pollard.

Hopefully this past season slapped some sense into him and he will get his crap together. He deserves a chance to right the ship this coming season but there is no excuse for not making the NCAA tournament. If he would just approach every game like he does UK or Ole Miss then we would go Dancing every year.
