I could see Harbaugh not knowing how a dude got his knowledge. If your OC has the offense scoring 40+ a game, do you question where they got their play calls? This dude seems very eager to please. If one of your coaches tells you he thinks he knows the call and he's right more often than not - you listen to him.

The problem with that is this would likely be a level 1 infraction. And the NCAA recently ruled that if an assistant gets hit with the level 1, the HC is automatically hit with the same and gets the same punishment, regardless of if he knew or not.Right.
