Interesting & kind of scary.

I think most people realize unequal rev share was always a next step. But it would be a great way to make schools put some emphasis on Olympic sports by making the payouts based on how you perform in those sports to some degree since they are getting killed in the NIL/Rev Share era

I can’t say that this guy is wrong.

he can say what he wants but we've seen for three years now why the soft conf. games are crucial to getting the NC. State and UPig are like a chocolate bar at fat camp. Everyone in the conference is fightening to get us on their schedule. No way their letting go of their loss-leaders.

I think what we’ve seen the last 3 years is the soft conference schedules are the SEC schedules. Big 10 has kicked SEC butts for 3 years running. And not just in playoffs. We’re goons find out just how soft those mid level big 10 teams are in a few months.

I've been sounding this alarm for a while. The TV contracts are going to be key in the next round of realignment.

I believe that expanding the playoff to 24 is the way to save college football as we know it. State fans should be cheering for this.

And the donor base. Big 10 alums still have a LOT more money than SEC alums, with some exceptions.

The average SEC fan doesn't realize this. The donor base in the SEC is wide and shallow. Those B1G schools have some serious alumni networks that weren't interested in things when it was under the table.

The local car dealer can't compete with Mark Cuban or an oil billionaire.

12 states with most Fortune 500 companies: Big 10 - 6 states with 8 Big 10 schools and 169 companies (57 in CA). SEC - 3 states with 4 SEC schools and 92 companies (52 in TX).

Didn’t watch the Video, but this 100%. CFB needs 60ish teams to maintain interest. Eventually, the P4 and ND will break away (we’ve saying that for years though).

If TX waited I think they'd be Big10 right now instead of SEC. Never underestimate how the Longhorns can contribute to imploding a conference.

They already tore up the SWC and the Big 12, when the SEC is next Texas will be the team leading the charge.

I think the next alignment will not affect any existing SEC Schools or Big 10. There will only be p2. The other two P4 will be gobbled up and a lot of those teams will be left out. The NCAA will be left out too.

I don't think NCAA will be left out. They'll just form a new division for Div. I which will be the Big 2 conferences. And they will have autonomy, but will still be in the NCAA.
