That show has gotten so awful.

I used to watch it just because I liked the arguing and some different perspective on stuff even though I didn't agree with a lot of the points made on the show. But Skip Bayless has become a sideshow much like Tim Tebow, who he has repeatedly hitched his wagon to.

He always bashes LeBron, always bashes Aaron Rodgers, always makes stupid conspiracy theory statements about things that happen to prove his point, then always twists everything in a way that benefits him. If you asked him, I don't think he could admit that he was ever wrong about anything. He doesn't know basketball and I absolutely loved when Jalen Rose put him in his place and called him out for pumping up his high school career where he sucked.

I actually like Stephen A. Smith once you get past the 10 minute long responses to questions. He makes knowledgeable statements about basketball and usually makes decent points in areas he's not as familiar with. But Skip Bayless is an absolute joke. When Jay Crawford left as the host, the show just went out of control. Skip thought he was larger than life and just looks foolish on a daily basis.

Yea not a good idea to tweet negatives towards colleagues. Richard Sherman might have a Stanford degree but he sounded like a dumbass in that clip. His obvious nervous speech didn't help his debate. I actually respect Skip. He gets blasted on-air by newcomers all the time and he never loses his temper it seems. Some of the guests really actually hate Skip and they express their hate. That can't be easy.

It's because he's easily the worst sports journalist out there. He knows absolutely nothing about anything he talks about. Proof: 1. Before the NBA draft 2 years ago he and another guy (cant remember who) did a segment where they drafted a team of #1 picks to see who could complete a better "greatest of all time" roster. He had the 2nd pick, and after the other guy picked Magic he drafted Shaq, and after the other guy drafted Abdul, skip drafted LeBron.......... As his PG. He did some other stupid **** too like draft Tim Duncan as his #2 and Hakeem as his #4. Basically the whole team was C's and a SF. Legitimately thought he knew what he was talking about. Never mentioned Iverson or anybody who isn't a big star right now. 2. After the Heat beat the Thunder 4-1 Cuban went on First Take and talked up the Heat saying how they deserved it and blah blah blah and Skip just talked about how the Thunder were better and just didn't show up and how the only different between that team and the team Cuban beat was LeBron quit listening to journalists and tried harder, to which Cuban got pissed and called him out, asking what defense the Thunder used on LeBron in the 4th. He had no clue. Just spouts off stuff and doesn't back it up.

I think Sherman went about it the wrong way and I do think everyone from the show embarrassed themselves, but there's a reason athletes go on the show and just ***** Skip out. This is also not the first time a fellow ESPN employee publically called him out either. Jalen Rose absolutely destroyed him within his first couple months as an ESPN employee. So I do not feel bad for Skip. He's a shock factor journalist who rode that all the way to the bank, and I wouldn't miss any sleep if he disappeared from the Earth somehow.
