Nothing "surprising" per se there but does further what most of us believed. Two things were really telling to me from this:

1. "The NIT has an open locker room policy, but by the time reporters reached the doors, not many players were left standing." ..."Only senior guard Dee Bost, junior forward Arnett Moultrie and freshman guard Rodney Hood waited to face the questions."

2. "Hood, though, pointed to the roster and the lack of discipline on the team. 'It was a piece,' the freshman from Meridian said. 'It
didn’t start in November, it started during the summer. We have to go
back and correct it.'"

So basically what we've said the whole time: Only Bost, Moultrie, and Hood really care and there's no discipline.

and every last bit of that responsibility is on Stansbury.

Stansbury certainly isn't a X's and O's genius, but with this amount of talent, if you instill an OUNCE of discipline on the team then there is no telling what they could have done. Unfortunately, 3 guys that understand what discipline is isn't nearly enough to carry a team.

It's the equivalent to saying that it was your professors fault that you acted a fool during college. Stupid crap.

Then it's not there fault. But, if they allow you to disrupt class and act like a complete fool, then blame starts with the professors for not having discipline in his class and allowing students to run it.

perhaps one of the most idiotic analogies that I've ever heard. We get it... You like Stans...

the professor or Stans has to foster theright environment for the team. If your boss brought his kids to work and let them run around during a meeting, what would you think, seriously? If you put someone on the court in Sidney's shape, how serious would you take being in shape? Would we like Mullen if he let players walk up and down the field?

You have to create a culture, Stans's program takes away from what Mullen is trying to do with getting our expectations up as fans at MSU.

If the MSUleadership can't see this, we need change there as well!
