Interesting thought on late night comedy

Fox News has thrived in large part because it was the only place conservatives could go to get the other side of the news. They also thrived because their political analysts tilted right and gave conservatives a channel that catered to their beliefs (even though Fox has many liberal analysts, none are anchors).

Why doesn't a late night comedy network do the same thing? There is a huge late night conservative audience that would flock to a good late night show that was more conservative and went after libs more frequently. It's a no brainer. Why has a network not pursued it?

Conservatives work, so they don't stay up late at night.
Or have better things to do. It's hard to believe that some of our friends live for the likes of Colbert and Maher. On a side note.....Maher looks like the product that came out of a incestuous Deliverance clan.
