Junior OT prospect Yaser Alawadi from Maine East, yes Maine East, just got his first big ten offer from Purdue.

Good to see this. Im not a huge fan of kids transferring so often in hopes of getting more exposure at another school. This is the best proof that if you’re good, they will find you no matter what high school you go to.

The old school side of says 100 percent agree....and more cynical new school side of me says he still has two varsity seasons left to play so...

He may transfer, totally agree, but he got his first offers while a student at Maine East. That says a lot. For every Jarvis that has come through Maine South it’s great to see this at Maine a East.
