I don't see him running for a second term. I think he'll do what you said, claim some victory, probably economy, and then go back to the posh lifestyle. I've never seen him as a two termer.

He's 70 years old and has had a great career. But you can only hide those 50 yrs of skeletons in the closet for so long. Who needs this? Plus the WH isn't the Trump penthouse.

Howard Stern was talking about this shortly after the election, and questioned Donald about why he would run and give up his lifestyle for the headache of the job, especially at his age.

I think part of why he ran to begin with was to prove a point to Obama and those that mocked him.

Partisanship aside....I think he LOVED those rally's. He loves the attention, and the glorification of the position.

Maybe this is why we're seeing so many EO's. He knows he doesn't have the stamina to play political football, and just wants to make a big play in the 1st quarter and leave the field with losers limp. Then spend the rest of his life commentating about how bad everyone else is....a political Johnny Miller

I've maintained all along that he ran because Obama humiliated him at the WH Correspondents Dinner the night of the bin Laden raid.

Duh! There's not much I agree with as far as Pence's politics but at least I'll feel like someone competent is in charge. Pence is a thoughtful, deliberate, mature guy. Relative to Trump, he's Winston Churchill.
