After you invest billions on creating a MeTube

Isn't it great that YouTube gets to exclusively decide what content everyone consumes?

I mean . . . to hell with the First Amendment. We have YouTube to protect us.

******

Feel free to regulate content as you see fit. Until then, you are a guest on somebody else's property and you play by their rules - or don't. Simple choice.

ETA: if this is reverse sarcasm, sorry. I honestly can't tell who is being serious and stupid in the sps political era.

What I personally find interesting (totally unrelated**) is how quick those left-of-center on this board mobilize to discredit and disregard any shred of information that goes against the grain. Like clockwork.

"Oh, that guys not even a doctor."

"Doctors don't know anything. We need to be listening to the scientists."

"Oh, but not that scientist, shes a wack job. Somehow, I quickly learned her entire history in a flash, and we shouldn't listen to her."

"Oh, disregard that news source."

"Tread lightly with that news source."

And so on and so forth. It's predictable, and it's predictable on who will float the rebuttal/narrative on this board. Laughable really.

At this point, I don't really give two craps on if the woman is a loon, a liar, an idiot....... it's something that allows me to think critically (i.e. not rely on others to think and make my decisions for me) and should be open to honest debate before being shot down instantly by the status quo.

With that said...... I have no idea on her past, and even without knowing that, taking an interview with some unknown person (with an obvious agenda) seems to paint the picture of a last ditch effort at revenge, in my eyes.

But I came to that conclusion without the direction of the "this is how you should think" squad.

So you are ranting about other's telling people what to think (by giving you a history of person X being a loon).....

By telling us what to think (that we should think for ourselves)......

My point was this: YouTube censors content that it doesn't like.

I'm sure that everyone has noticed that.

everyone thinks they are an "independent" thinker and the other side of their opinion is a sheep or a tin hat wearer.

Yep. I think it would be help to remember that probably 90% of any news story has either a left or right slant added to any actual facts.

The reason I stopped watching any televised news about mid way through the Obama regime is that I grew tired of having to sift through the ********. The websites are even worse.

Jigotits, I think, or something like that.

She looked like a cross between Kavanaugh's accuser and Hillary, just a whole lot more believable.

Dear Brothers and Sister,
You are dabbling and worshiping at the alter of the Third-Eye, the occult, the ... well, you get the picture.
My God have mercy on your souls!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9VtTv51152o&t=980s

Better get yourself Half-woke, at least, if you plan to avoid damnation.

I watched this because...well why not. Its either **** like this or I watch that tiger show as I've seemingly run out of other content.

What the 17 just took place in that video? Some strict religious guy was criticizing the director of the covid conspiracy video because the director's spiritual views don't seem to align with fundamental Christianity.

Thats really my takeaway after thinking for a few minutes.
The elevate video with all that connected images sucked, but I don't even know what this guy was complaining about because his complaints weren't that it was dumb and falsely inspirational, it was that the video is somehow dangerous...in a way I don't understand.

Whatever. All that sucked. I feel no more connected to everyone else in the world and I don't feel like that director's content is dangerous(as is claimed...I think).

If I up/downvoted, I would down vote your post for being a waste of time.

The first amendment protects one from prosecution, it doesn’t guarantee one the right to say anything they want on the internet.

That said I’m not defending youtube.
