to lower the concrete wall if they are too high to see over in a sitting position. I don't see where there would be any structural issues with doing that since most of the wall is there to act as a guard rail to keep drunk idiots from falling. I think the wall will obviously remain because it overall is needed for structural support. I would imagine they will build the expanded seating right up to it and just lower the wall if necessary to prevent line of sight issue. Or they could just build the expanded seating up and out a small amount so that maybe the seating doesn't match perfectly, but it wouldn't matter anyway with the wall separating the sections.
