Cant happen and won't happen. However Deener would a have alot of company with him this time sitting behind the Iona bench rooting for good ole Ricky boy.

No chance. Conference tourney champs can't play at-larges in the play-in games. Neither one can be a good enough seed to play the other in the first round. It'll happen in the future if they match up better seed-wise.

I would not be surprised if we are in the same bracket with Iona, Minnesota or Xavier. Always remember that the selection committee is tainted with their selections by the networks. The networks are telling the committee what pairings they want for TV viewers and since they are paying out the money the committee obliges them. The committee looks so dumb every time they come out and say no the pairings are based on numbers only like everyone still believes that.

Iona is in, so it'll be interesting. Could have Morehead, WKU, and the Cards all dancing together. I like the current bracket projections. Villanova and then Arkansas. Nova is injured and Arkansas just got beat.
