Sounds like Illinois will get caught sitting on their hands again. Iowa offers Highland’s 2019 Sam Laporta (WR/TE) to pick up his first Big Ten offer. Congratulations to Sam!

As he was exceptional on both sides of the ball, I cannot begin to imagine this kid's ceiling when he settles into one position at the next level.
I would be surprised if more big program offers did not begin flowing his way.

Yeah he's gonna be a great TE. Iowa's weight room will do wonders
