LOL

Cool. You won't be suffering a similar fate as Griese, and your content go on!

I think THIS is a good omen ...

Ooops; I got the wrong food item. They call him "Nacho."

Alvaro's mom went back to Spain.

Alvaro's brother Ignacio (‘Nacho’) is in Houston for the Sweet 16.

From a beat reporter: Last time Nacho was in the states to watch Alvaro, he put up a season-high 20 points.

I believe in Ben McCollum and his ability to scheme and coach. Just like Maryland, little red punched us in the mouth the second time around. But the third time we played Maryland, we thoroughly outplayed them thanks to Ben's coaching. I'd like to think that will happen again today with the bugeaters.

This is the biggest Iowa basketball game of my life, and I pray to the lord we win.

Cool, I think you're safe now.

Just don't slip up again and call him Paella.THAT could get you into trouble!

Thought I'd kill time watching the Cubs, but man was that miserable. Awful weather, but the Cubs were worse, going down to the bottom-feeding Nationals 10-4, and it's still two hours til game time for the Hawkeyes. I feel ya, Daffy. I do . . .
Could be worse, you could be a Pirates fan like Ol' Doodle and have to watch Skenes give up 5 and not even make it out of the first inning against the Mets.

And just like that, the Bucs are once again officially eliminated from the playoff race.

I didn't even know Jim Rome was still a thing in the sports talk shows game.

Last I remember seeing him, he was getting his azz kicked by Jim Everett over 30 years ago.
Time sure does fly!

I hope he's still not attempting his "edgy" hipster sports talk guy thing. That'd be sad for a 60-something. Maybe Everett already knocked that plum outta him way back when.
