Last 12min of the game the refs bent us over and spared the lube. This **** gets so f’n tiring game after game just getting jobbed by the zebras
4 TOs in 5 straight possessions was a killer.
Why cant Iowa get the home whistle like when illinois had only 2 fouls in the second half , purdue should take the refs out for a victory drink

Despite everything, I can't help but hold out some slight hope for most of the rest of the season.
After the last two games, a depressing blowout was kinda expected tonight. But until the tides turned - mostly because of what we all know was the real reason why - Iowa was not only hanging real tough in Mackey Arena, but they were up by just short of double-digits in the 2nd half!!
Indiana better be blistering hot from distance on Saturday - as well as quite a bit of home cooking - or I think Iowa has enough of this losing BS and ends the L streak.

Koch really needs to pick up his game on the offensive end. He tends to refuse to take open shots that are supposedly his skill set. Iowa will be as good as Koch and Folgers who makes really bad decisions.
I like how Stirtz was tackled by Smith diving for a ball with no call, resulting in a turnover, but Iowa gets called for a foul on a blockout on a ball already out of bounds.

Oh BS. Purdue is 16-1. 2 things can be true. We played a really good game and came out on the short end of it. Against the number 5 team in the country. They’ve lost 1 freaking game. It sucks to lose but did you really expect this one? Yes, we need to steal a road game, or even 2 at this point. I think if, and big if we can continue to play like this we can get a few.
