What kind of impact to you think the allegations in Iowa City will have on their recruiting in the Chicagoland area? They always recruit well in the area but several of the former players that are speaking up are locals.

I guess but this seems a little different. The program has done a great job getting local kids to the next level so hopefully they make the necessary changes to staff and employee conduct to create an improved environment for all

They aren’t firing anyone the two coaches people have complained and are too important to the program.

I can’t see them keeping Doyle. They would have a revolt on their hands.

You might think this could help the Illini, with a black head coach, seven black assistant coaches, female black recruiting coordinator, Hispanic strength coach...A black Chancellor who grew up in Georgia...

Maybe this is part of why Illinois attracts transfers.
