Cowgirl commit Millie Azlin (Bixby) is the 1 seed at 190 lbs. Flo's high school girls rankings has her #7 at 170 lbs. Angela Bianchi (Matty's sister) is the only other commit that I'm aware of and she's not on the list of entrants.

...watched all of them less White........still looking.........thanks.........
Hasn't wrestled yet. The 190 bracket is smaller than a lot of the others and Mikey got a bye so his first match will be in the 1/8 round. If he doesn't lose, he'll only have two matches today

Ignacio won by major in 3rd round and he was dominant on his feet. He scored on leg shots and finished on almost all of them. Jayden Raney got a 1st period fall. He got the takedown in a few seconds put his opponent on his back quickly, but his opponent gave up 4 but got off his back and a few seconds later he was on his back again for the pin. Very dominant!

Jordyn won by pin in the 2nd period. It was a scoreless first period. In the 2nd it looked like Jordyn got an escape and a takedown, but they called it a reversal. His opponent escaped and he got a takedown and then but him on his back and pinned him. Raney had lots of shots in the 1st period but couldn't score. His opponent demonstrated good defense but also was very defensive.

White with a pin to move on. Not bad for a kid learning to wrestle.
Yes White got 3 takedowns with strength and speed. Could ride his opponent all day but let him go but after the 3rd takedown he muscled a cradle on his opponent for the pin. His opponent was still down with trainers looking after him. Powerful cradle? Michael seems very strong. I look forward to seeing him against highly rated opponents which will begin next round.

Villasenor wrestled so good in the first 2 periods I thought he was going to get a tech. But he started running and gave up 2 takedowns in the 3rd period although he did hit Ruiz with a nice double but gave up a quick escape and takedown but won with a 17 to 10 decision. A very dissatisfying 3rd period. Jayden wins by tech over Casula with lots of takedowns. Dominating!

Yeah he'll need to conserve his energy better against the top dogs tomorrow and commit to a ride if he can

Luke Hamiti can wrestle!! He must have jumped levels in the past few months. He gave Nick Singer all he could handle. Luke got the first takedown and then played defense the rest of the match and it cost him when he gave up a late takedown. Singer was really tough on top and Luke couldn't get away. 5-4 loss to the 1 seed.

Mikey White up now against Aaron Stewart

Mikey White upsets 3 seed Aaron Stewart 7-3! He wrestled really aggressively and was great on top. Two takedowns to none.
He did look strong and quick. Also he was not tired and Stewart seemed tired. White always beat Stewart to the center of the mat with any restart. He is showing some real potential. Four in the semi's and hopefully we really do some wrestling and advance to the finals.

Ohio refs are always gonna do some wild stuff. Burnett losing with :20 to go and he said the kid bit him. Didn't look like it from his reaction . If I'm Blair coaches I'm livid
That was a bs call. Gets cross faced while his mouth is open, of course there's going to be some marks. He was going to upset #5 in the country with:20 left in the match and the ref took it from him

I see one row of teeth which is consistent with a crossface biting would show 2 rows. And Grey response wasn't what you usually see when a kid gets bit they usually jump back like WTF immediately
Exactly right. Whenever I've seen that happen the kid who got bit goes crazy. I'd like to give Burnett the benefit of the doubt, but that looked very iffy at best.

Mikey White 9-6 over #3 Mastny. The kid is new to the sport so nothing earth shattering to say he’s leveling up quickly but even this summer he was simply beating lesser guys by strength and quickness while losing to better wrestlers. He’s now incorporating better technique and has beaten two of the top 4 guys in back to back days. We’re going to be very glad we flipped him in a couple years
