There's an article in today's Oklahoman by Brooke Pryor about how OU is trying to fine tune background checks on recruits and transfers. Certainly not an ironclad procedure, but after the past 3-4 years, I would like to see tighter measures.

Sounds as thought they've upped the ante on getting into OU's Athletic Program. Some of the athletes may decide to try for the CIA, or the NASA Program, instead.

Obviously, I was joking about bringing 'The Tech Reject' on board. I think it will be more difficult than ever for anyone with even a Hint of Scandal to get a foot in the door. Boren, Joe, and Bob will do all they must to insure that OU doesn't become known as Second-Chance U...

Fine tuning background checks is long overdue.....and maybe letting some players hear the word "no" for the first time might help.

May end up at Texas. He was a Houston commit before flipping to Tech last May. Depends on what the hell happened at Tech, but Herman may have a open arms policy right now.
