Is anyone else extremely surprised

that we didn't send anyone from our staff to Cam's game today? For a staff that prides itself on outworking others in the recruiting game I expected at least Mullen and one other offensive coach to show up.

The articles I've read say OU, K-State and UNC had coaches there that all visited with Cam and family after the game. We are not mentioned. I'm making an assumption based on that.

I sure hope that means he is comming. Seems like he really liked what he seen hear.He could not come on a better date.

Our staff already has a solid relationship with Newton. We can't keep him from talking to other programs. Newton probably wanted to use this opportunity to meet with other coaches. If we show up when he's trying to find out more about programs interested in him, it could have a smothering effect. I'm sure there's a fine line between being aggresive and annoying the piss out of someone.
