I'm going to have to see it to believe it.
Burrow is undersized too but man he can get up after getting leveled and continue to play ball.

Just the physics of a defensive lineman or linebacker smashing the QB. Neither one of them are solid physically.6-4 220 pound Joe Burrow is undersized?
The average NFL QB in 2024 was 6-3 219. Arch is 6-4 220. Think he’ll be fine lolJust the physics of a defensive lineman or linebacker smashing the QB. Neither one of them are solid physically.
Peyton just dumped the ball off before getting hit.
I can remember several plays at LSU and at Cincinnati where Burrow got completely leveled. He was hurting, slow to get up, but kept on playing. I'm not sure Arch has that quality.
Arch actually prefers running the ball himself a lot. He's pretty physical and probably a lot more used to getting hit than Burrow. Most QBs aen't suited to taking big time hits. I think Arch will be fine. He and any other QB in the SEC can get hurt by any team on their schedule. If Texas has a good OL, he'll have a much better chance of not getting hit.Just the physics of a defensive lineman or linebacker smashing the QB. Neither one of them are solid physically.

This take is all over the place. First off, Burrow is massive. Definitely not undersized.Just the physics of a defensive lineman or linebacker smashing the QB. Neither one of them are solid physically.

He's not used to getting hit more than Burrow or as hard. Burrow plays behind one of the worst OL's in the league and has for a while.Arch actually prefers running the ball himself a lot. maybe this video is a better attempt at describing what I am talking about. Burrow did lose another game after this.Yeah Peyton was undersized too. Anything under 6'9 310 is just too dainty to play quarterback
Is Brandon Holloway still alive?I'm going to have to see it to believe it.

Steve Spurrier finally said what I’ve been wondering for the last 9 months. If he’s that good, why wasn’t he playing last year? Cause Ewars was pretty average.I'm bullish on Arch.
Based on experience, I think Nussmeier is the top quarterback in the SEC going into the season, but I won't be surprised if Arch is the top quarterback at the end of the season.
Gotta love Spurrier for being bold enough to be taken off the Manning party invitation listsSteve Spurrier finally said what I’ve been wondering for the last 9 months. If he’s that good, why wasn’t he playing last year? Cause Ewars was pretty average.
^^^this.I think Sark had made a promise to Quin and knew Arch wasnt gonna bail out. I expect him to play very well and everyone is gonna blame Sark for not playing him last year. Texas fans will feel like Arch could have won a couple that Ewers lost

I agree. From the little bit Arch played last season, he looked legit.I'm bullish on Arch.

Dak as well but I see your point. Lamar Jackson is toned and solid as well. Arch isn't.Every QB except Josh Allen is small compared to a LB or DL. But Arch is not a small QB by NFL and definitely not by college standards.
