No, it is not. I think it runs about $10 per mo, but not sure. I have one of the bundles right now and btn is included.
Correct. My advice to Comcast customers in Colorado is to find a friend who has DirecTV, which doesn't carry PAC-12 Network, and swap passwords with them. Not that I would ever think of doing such a thing myself, of course, but I've heard that it goes on.
