Is Case Keenum being overlooked by the NFL?

Obviously Andrew Luck is going to be the first QB taken but after that all I ever hear about are Barkly from USC and Jones from Oklahoma. I don't hear much about Keenum. Is there some kind of knock against him for playing in the Houston system like David Klingler and Andre Ware?

Kolb hasn't been great, but he also hasn't been the prototypical "system" QB that a lot of folks thought he'd be. I could see Keenum winding up as a career backup type of guy.
