Anybody got some scoop on that?

Maybe Auburn will counter sue his *** for pissing off Dorsey and LSU with that chickenshit chopblock.

Haven't heard anything about it but I think he could put up a legitimate case.

He is suing Tubbs the athletic dept and the training staff. After his initial injury he was told by his personal doctor to not lift any weights for a while, and on his 2nd week back the strength coach called him out in front of the whole team and pretty much forced him to get down and start working out. Well turns out doing one legged squats after back surgery is a bad idea, and he hurt his back to the degree of which he cant play anymore so I think they are suing over his potential future or something of that nature

Steve Heninger, the attorney for Ramsey, will be our guest on The Morning Vent tomorrow morning @ 7:30 on SuperSport930.

BTW, the university can't be sued because, as a public state institution, it has sovereign immunity. Any state institute in Alabama cannot be sued for negligence or gross negligence or anything like that. You can sue an agent or employee of the state if that agent acts beyond the scope of his actual authority. Mississippi has similar laws.

More information here. Listen @ supersport930.com

Here is info on a soverign immunity case involving MSU and a child that was hurt at a MSU baseball camp in late 1997.
