Do they really regulate what they autograph and when they do it? If the guy wants to sign photos, !!*! it, let him sign photos. Hell, let him sign a baby Ricky Bobby style if the parents are cool with it.

I have no idea, but that's what was sent out to local media from Matt Wyatt's wife at the City of Tupelo. Her words, not mine. I'm just passing along what I found out.
