Is George Perry Street open from Barr Ave to Lee Blvd?

I know they were doing some construction there.

If not, it looks from the link below like there will be no access to Bell Island for delivering tailgating supplies after 7am on Thursday. I don't know if they are trying to shut down tailgating on Bell Island this year or what, but they have made it extremely difficult. Before the last home game MSU operations said the roads would close at 9am. We were there at 7:55am and they were already shut down. It created a huge headache.

Can't get through there because of the construction behind the post office. It's blocked off. Only access to bell is from Tracy drive.

That really sucks for those of us who tailgate on Bell Island. I wish they would just say it if they don't want us to tailgate there anymore. My family has been there for years. We really don't want to move, but they are making it nearly impossible.

Access Bell Island from Presidents Circle to Tracy. Roads close at 8:00 am Saturday instead of usual 5 hours before game time.
