It’s that methed out panhandle crowd.

I mean seriously. Have you ever been most places outside of the beach or Disney in Florida? It's like Deliverance to this day. They're the folks that think you're fancy if you finished high school. They take pride in the Marlboro shirt they're still sporting from the Marlboro Miles they piled up in the '90s.
