The broadcast was doing something with the sound. When it went to commercial the sound level went up as it did when the following game came on. I can only assume it was to counter the effect of the cowbell. Sadly, it seemed to even mute the announcers during the game. I’d expect better from espn.

I was the game. Their center squatted really low over the ball and he had dark hands. Not sure if it was gloves our skin tone. At times it looked like his hands were on the ball but wasn't..

Mississippi this time of year, very possible cicadas did drown out the cowbells
