just trying to screw with Texas by leaving the Big 12. It seems the ultimate goal of the Aggies and Sooners is to get back at Texas.... and I for one, think that it might work.

I know Texas has all the money in the world, but if they're forced to go independant and they continue the arrogant stance of "we're not playing you if you leave the Big 12".... who in the right mind is going to put Texas on their schedule when they know they'll be on the Longhorn Network? Any big-boy college AD ain't putting their school in that position...

I could easily see Texas having a Boise State like schedule. One big game and the rest full of nobodies.</p>

To me, Tam is trying to get into a stable enviroment, and stop being bullied and drug around by the balls by Tx. They have had enough.

Ok is just getting ahead of the remainder of the heard. They know that the B12 is about to disolve. They are also sending Tx a signal that says,
if you want to be sure to play us, you better deal with the Pac 12(I think).
(A little leverage.)

tells aTm thanks but no thanks. I don't want the Aggies in the SEC. Seems like their are a lot of Aggie lovers on this board lately. 17 aTM.

I think we will know soon.

I'm not sure anyone really wishes to expand, but if we are going to do so, I'll take them.
Sure as hell don't want Texas.

If OU, OSU, UT, and TTU all go, the divisions won't be nearly as bad. They'll probably have a southern division that features both Arizona schools with the 4 Big XII schools. Utah, and the rest of the original Pac-10 members will make up like a pacific division. It'll look awkward, but with all things considered I think they'll work it out fine.

but yea... that's how I see things turning out...<div>
</div><div>the Pacific Division will look like:</div><div>Washington
Washington State</div><div>Oregon</div><div>Oregon St</div><div>Cal</div><div>UCLA</div><div>USC</div><div>Stanford</div><div>
</div><div>then the Southwest Division will pretty much look like the Big XII:</div><div>Arizona</div><div>Arizona State</div><div>Utah</div><div>Colorado</div><div>Texas Tech</div><div>Texas</div><div>Oklahoma State</div><div>Oklahoma</div><div>
</div><div>On paper... those divisions seem to be relatively balanced to me. I can see a lot of good matchups in there as well.</div>
