I don't really follow basketball that much, but i was wondering what the opinion of him is....i'm sure he's a better floor coach. I'm starting to worry a bit b/c it seems his recruiting keeps getting better and better. I know that Stans has made some awful team policy decisions, but head-to-head, would you want to trade Kennedy for Stans right now?

What has Andy Kennedy done outside a pinetree-freshened cab to warrant being considered a great coach? How many NCAA tournaments has he been to, and how have his teams performed there?

I'm not happy with how we've never cracked the Sweet Sixteen with Stans, but Kennedy as "the" solution is about as smart as putting Richard Williams in charge of the pom squad.

Mississippi basketball 4 years before Kennedy- 55-63...SEC West 5th, 4th, 5th, 5th

Mississippi basketball 4+ years under Kennedy- 97-53....SEC West 1st, 3rd, 4th, 1st- 3 NIT's

Does he need to take the next step? Absolutely. But it takes time to build a program thats been ******. He's made them consistent, now he has to get them in the NCAA's.

And he doesnt fill his schedule with nobody's every year the way The Recruiter does.
